The RFU miniature force sensor is based on a proven piezoresistive silicon sensing element and provides a precision and long term stable output signal. The sensor offers high overload resistance and low power consumption.

Typical applications include dialysis machines, drug delivery systems, robotic ultra-low displacement sensing, wire bonding equipment and variable tension control.
